纳塔莉亚·布拉金斯卡娅是沈阳音乐学院客座教授。她是博士、副教授、俄罗斯圣彼得堡音乐学院副院长，圣彼得堡国立音乐学院外国音乐史系主任。她是国际音乐学会（IMS）的成员，国际音乐学会“东西方之间的斯特拉文斯基”研究组负责人，国际音乐学会东斯拉夫国家地区协会负责人。她的主要科研领域包括斯特拉文斯基、肖斯塔科维奇的作品以及跨文化音乐作品。她在俄罗斯及国外的主要出版物发表了100多篇学术著作。布拉金斯卡娅教授为15种科学文章合集担任编辑工作，她还是俄罗斯和欧洲50多个科学会议的参与者和组织者。布拉金斯卡娅博士最有影响力的成就是2015年发现了伊戈·尔斯特拉文斯基失落的交响曲“The Funeral Song”op.5，轰动一时。她还在瓦莱丽·葛济夫（Valery Gergiev）领导下参与了乐谱重建的科学管理工作，此外在Boosey和Hawkes出版社（2017年）首次出版该作品时，布拉金斯卡娅博士为作品撰写了前言和文字评论。

       Natalia Braginskaya is a visiting professor of Shenyang Conservatory of Music. She is Candidate of Arts (PhD), Associate Professor, Head of the Department of the History of Foreign Music at the St Petersburg State Conservatoire named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, vice-president of Saint Petersburg Conservatory of Music. She is a member of the International Musicological Society (IMS), head of the IMS Study Group "Stravinsky: between East and West" and the IMS Regional Association of Eastern Slavic Countries. The main areas of her scientific interests is the work of Stravinsky, Shostakovich, cross-cultural musical ties. She is the author of more than 100 scientific works published in leading Russian and foreign publications. Prof. Braginskaya is the editor of 15 collections of scientific articles. She is the participant and organizer of more than 50 conferences and scientific sessions in Russia and Europe. The most resonant scientific achievement is the sensational discovery in 2015 of the orchestral voices of lost symphonic play "The Funeral Song" op. 5 from Igor Stravinsky; scientific management of the process of reconstruction of the score, on the basis of which the world premiere of the work under the leadership of Valery Gergiev (2016) and the first publication of the opus in the publishing house Boosey and Hawkes (2017), with a foreword and textual commentary of Natalia Braginskaya.
