德米特里·布拉金斯基，沈阳音乐学院客座教授，圣彼得堡音乐学院附中副校长。他于1987年毕业于圣彼得堡音乐学院，担任音乐及理论学科教师。德米特里·布拉金斯基积极组织开展教学和科研活动。他经常在科学会议和研讨会上发表演讲，其中包括：布里斯托尔大学国际会议（2006年，英国）、国际研讨会IMS、国际音乐学会（2007年，立陶宛维尔纽斯）、柴可夫斯基音乐学院建立中央音乐系75周年会议（2010年，莫斯科）、达勒姆大学国际会议（2011，英国）、关于音乐教育问题的国际教育论坛（2014年，塞浦路斯）、柏林教学法大会（2014年，德国）等。他曾参与组织圣彼得堡中学生音乐会，并在马林斯基剧院音乐厅、大小交响乐大厅等进行演出。此外，他也参与组织了在德国，西班牙，瑞士，芬兰，列支敦士登组织的学生音乐会表演。他还是塞浦路斯共和国青年交响乐团国际教育项目的正式成员，著有俄语和英语出版物。

       Dmitry Y. Braginsky is a visiting professor of Shenyang Conservatory of Music, Head of the education department of the Special Music School for gifted children of the Saint Petersburg Rimski-Korsakov State Conservatory. He graduated from the Leningrad Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory in 1987 as a musicologist and teacher of musical and theoretical disciplines. Dmitry Braginsky conducts an active organizational, pedagogical and scientific activity. He constantly speaks at scientific conferences and symposiums such as International Conference of the University of Bristol (2006, UK): International Symposium IMS and so on. He participated in the organization of concert performances of pupils of the school in St. Petersburg on the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theater. He participated in the organization of concert performances of school students in Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, Liechtenstein. He is a regular participant of the international educational programs of the Symphonic Youth Orchestra of the Republic of Cyprus. He has publications in Russian and English.
